Dear Mr. Wood,
"Recently, I had the pleasure of working
with your company. First, I had my
heating system tuned up by Joe Wood and
then I had a new spa tub installed by
Joe Wood and Chris Faherty.
Having owned several properties in the
past 20 years, I can assure you that I
have never dealt with a more
professional plumbing company than Hub.
Both Joe and Chris were not only
professional in every way, they were a
most pleasant surprise for me – they
were polite, well-groomed and took great
care and respect of my property –
putting down rugs on the floor surfaces,
wearing booties and leaving the bathroom
spotless! (I have never seen a plumber
do that!)
I will always call your company when in
need of a plumber and will make sure to
recommend you to anyone in need of
plumbing services in the future.

"HUB
Plumbing has just completed the
installation of two major appliances in
my kitchen. I originally called just to
have my gas stove disconnected while a
new floor was being laid. To my
surprise, I received a complete
walkthrough by John, taking notes and
presenting me with a complete assessment
of the condition of all the plumbing in
my home. I was then offered several
options - with no pressure, only
suggestions - of plans of action,
including the installation of the new
appliances, replacement of out-dated
fixtures, etc. When a damaged dishwasher
was delivered to my house, John told me
he was uncomfortable installing it, even
though he could probably have repaired
the damaged part. In this era of poor
customer service, the folks at HUB shine
like stars. From the first phone call to
the completion of the project, I was
treated with friendliness, respect and
professionalism. I now have a contract
with HUB that I am comfortable with, and
as a homeowner, knowing I have found a
plumber I can trust and whose work is
thorough and first-rate is a great
feeling. Use HUB - you will never regret
it. "
